These hotels have a block of rooms reserved for participants of Bienvenue Québec. The Bienvenue Québec shuttle service will connect these hotels to the Palais des congrès de Gatineau.

• Free room for the main delegate registered at the package A.*

HOW TO GET THERE

By land

Intercity bus service
Participants are entitled to 50% off the regular round-trip prices offered by APAQ’s carrier members. The discount applies to trips made between October 21 and October 28, 2011 inclusively.

Directions from Montréal

• Take Highway 417 WEST.
• Take exit NICHOLAS / MANN.
• Take exit MANN until KING EDWARD AVENUE.
• KING EDWARD AVENUE until the MACDONALD-CARTIER bridge (center lane)
• Keep the center lane and take exit CENTRE-VILLE / BOULEVARD DES ALLUMETTIÈRES.
• Turn left onto BOULEVARD DES ALLUMETTIÈRES and go to RUE LAURIER (at the traffic lights) while going towards the right lane.
• Turn right on LAURIER, and then count 4 traffic lights or those of :
  • ÉLIZABETH BRUYÈRE / LAURIER
  • PAPINEAU / LAURIER
  • VICTORIA / LAURIER
  • DE L'HÔTEL DE VILLE / LAURIER (after keep the right lane).
• Turn right on COURCELLETTE and you enter the parking lot of PALAIS DES CONGRÈS.
• Take elevator to 3rd floor.

Directions from Québec City

• Take highway FÉLIX LECLERC (40 WEST) or follow the directions to Montréal.
• Take exit 96 WEST for highway 640 WEST towards Laval / Saint-Eustache.
• Take exit 20 for highway 15 NORTH towards Saint-Jérôme.
• Take exit 35 for highway 50 WEST towards Gatineau.
• Follow signs for Route 148 WEST.
• Resume on highway 50 WEST towards Downtown Gatineau.
• Take exit 134 EAST / BOULEVARD DES ALLUMETTIÈRES.
• Turn left onto BOULEVARD DES ALLUMETTIÈRES and go to RUE LAURIER (at the traffic lights) while going towards the right lane.
• Turn right on LAURIER, and then count 4 traffic lights or those of :
  • ÉLIZABETH BRUYÈRE / LAURIER
  • PAPINEAU / LAURIER
  • VICTORIA / LAURIER
  • DE L'HÔTEL DE VILLE / LAURIER (after keep the right lane).

Parking at the Palais des congrès de Gatineau
There are two parking lots adjacent to the Palais des congrès de Gatineau. The parking entrance is via the Courcellette street.
