Vehicles classification allows the customer to recognize the characteristics linked with comfort's quality

The type of vehicle used to provide the transport service must reflect the bus' comfort class specified in the contract. A superior class bus to the one specified in the contract must be used if the business cannot provide the initially planned bus.

An inferior class bus to the one specified in the contract can be used only if the business has previously a writing autorisation from the customer.

Each bus of the vehicle fleet of a certified business will be identified according to these characteristics. Except for the buses build for urban transport. A logo apposed on the bus will allow the customer to recognize that it is truly the type of vehicle stipulated in the contract.

General description of vehicle

Each registered bus, independently of its comfort class, must be in good maintenance condition and satisfy the following criterions :

Exterior of vehicle :
No hole due to rust, no visible bump nor accident mark

Interior of vehicle :
unbroken mirror in lavatory
toilet paper available

Tidiness:
Deodorant in lavatory and general impression of cleanliness of the surfaces
General impression of the floor, wall and ceiling conditions
Seat showing no tear, no spot, no crack, no gum nor sticky matter
Floors without spot, gum, nor sticky material
Drapes and sunshades without tear, spot , gum, nor sticky material
General impression of cleanliness and tidiness of the driver space

There are five types of vehicles, for instance :

	Great Luxury comfort class :	coach of less than six years of age offering a larger spacing between seats and having audiovisual equipments.
	Deluxe comfort class :	regular long distance coach aged of a maximum of twelve years.
	Superior comfort class :	regular long distance coach more than of a maximum hirteen years of age.
	Intermediate comfort class :	bus which structure is build from a truck frame.
	Economy comfort class :	traditional or shortened school bus..
