The business submit itself to a procedure that will allow it to ensure a customer service of which the quality is guaranteed.

 

Thence, this program allows the business to improve the quality of the different aspects of its services, for instance :

 
 Customer service,
 Staff's training related to the customers,
 Performance of the service during the transport,
 Respect of the environment,
 Bus classification,
 Documents and information archiving.

Over and above the commitment statement towards a guarantee of the service's quality, the expectations to become and remain a certified business are high :
 



Foresee a liability insurance of at least $ 10 000 000 to run in the United States.
Not having been convicted in the last twelve months of illegal transport with reference to the following contraventions: transport without being a licence holder and non respect of the conditions bounded by this one.
For all vehicles allocated to the targeted transport services, the business must implement a preventive maintenance program recognized by the Société d'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).
Take into account the linguistic needs of its customers when hiring staff in relation with this one.
